Mojo Monday 237 & CTD88

Well better late than never.  Here is my submission for Mojo Monday 237 with just four minutes to spare. I will keep this brief so I don't miss the deadline. I am also enterig this in The Colour Throwdown,  This color combo is one of my favorites it reminds me of a beautiful spring day.  I have also been wanting to use this Tea Shoppe stamp set from Stampin' Up! since I bought it so what a perfect time to try it out!  All of my supplies on this card are from Stampin' Up!  Thanks for looking!

 

Merry Monday 16

Hello! Here's my submission for Merry Monday 16 challenge based on the sketch below.  What a fun and simple sketch!  I have a lot of possibilities for this one running through my mind especially after seeing what everyone else has created with this sketch. 

My supplies for this card are all from Stampin' Up!  I used Cherry Cobbler polka dots from the Regals DSP Paper pack and Letters to Santa DSP from the 2011-2012 catalog.  I finished with  simple holly leaves from the stocking accents die cut from Old Olive card stock.


Merry Monday - 15

I love the idea of getting my Christmas cards done ahead of time.  This past Christmas I didn't get my cards out at all.  I would like to blame it on the fact that I had to have an emergency appendectomy but that happened Dec. 23 (yep you've got it - I'm a procrastinator!)  That's why I'm joining in the fun.  Here's my submission for Merry Monday - 15.

The stamps and patterned paper are from Darcie's. I have loved Dacie's stamps for as long as I can remember.  I've had this one for a couple of years and now that I'm learning to color with Copic markers,  I thought it was a perfect opportunity to use it. My ribbon and garden green paper are from Stampin Up!

Mojo Monday #236

My friend Danielle has inspired me to take a stab at some card challenges. She has created some amazing cards for various challenges.  I'm hoping this will get the creativity flowing for me.   So here goes - my first ever submission and my first ever blog post!  I'm starting with Mojo Monday 236.  (I have to admit it's a little scary.)
